Adi's Bungalow

The manager of the property was not reachable after check in. I asked the staff on site to please arrange for me to meet with him, I called, I messaged him via booking.com and received no response. I wanted to enquire about shortening my stay by 4 days as unfortunately my travel plans changed but I believe he avoided any interaction on purpose. I checked out early and still have not received any response about a refund for those days.

The location is okay.

The room was filthy, mould everywhere, infested with mosquitoes and bugs.

Great location! Side access to bingin beach. Such amazing value for money! Staff so kind and helpful. Definitely a more budget option, but had all amenities and comforts needed!

Nothing! Good for guest to be aware that rooms don’t have a fridge. But that’s no hassle if you are aware!

The bungalow is set in a beautiful Balinese garden with pool! Basic needs are met and value for what you pay per night! Great location to walk to main areas with shops and restaurants

The bungalows are in need of a repaint, mouldy tiles and mattress and pillows are hard! No fridge or tea making facilities in room! Staff were often unable to be sourced when needed! General maintenance needed i. The room I stayed in!

Sehr schöne Anlage und Zimmer. Die Lage zum Bingin Beach war perfekt.

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer lag eine tote Kakerlake.

Die Unterkunft war soweit sauber. Der Raum ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einer Komode und einer Gaderobe ausgestattet. Das Bett war gemütlich und es gab ein Moskitonetz. Das Bad war in Ordnung, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Toilette ist direkt neben der offenen Dusche was unvorteilhaft ist. Ab und zu roch der Abfluss etwas. Der Pool ist super und war für uns auch notwendig. Die Anlage wird sichtlich gepflegt und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, uns hat Uluwatu nur insgesamt nicht so gefallen. Der Bingin Beach direkt vor der Türe (natürlich mit einem kleinen Fußweg) hat uns gut gefallen, vor allem mit der Auswahl an Warungs. Zu Fuß hat man einige Möglichkeiten um zu Frühstücken oder zu Essen. Auch zwei kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig. Ansonsten kann man für alles einen Grab oder Gojek bestellen.

Die Gegend hat uns nicht so zugesagt, es war sehr touristisch. Einige Stellen im Badezimmer könnten nachgebessert werden

Bingin is generally quite an expensive area, and I’d say Adi’s Bungalows offer great value for the price. After booking, they send a message managing expectations by saying not to expect anything fancy—but honestly, this was the nicest place I stayed at during my time in Bali. The room is large, bright, and airy, with a very comfortable bed complete with a canopy and mosquito net. It also has AC, a desk, and plenty of space to move around. The bathroom is also surprisingly spacious and comes with complimentary soap and mosquito repellent. There’s even drinking water provided in the room, which is a thoughtful touch. The location is also excellent—the beach is just a short walk away, and there are several great cafés nearby.

I only stayed one night and arrived a little after noon, but the room wasn’t ready yet—I had to wait about an hour. It would be helpful if the check-in time was clearly stated as after 1 PM to manage expectations.

Big room. Location was handy. Staff were very friendly.
