Delightful Country Cottage in a lovely rural area

Such a pretty part of the world. Waking up to the views of the countryside out of the big windows on the upper floor was lovely. The place was clean and super comfortable and we enjoyed a few BBQs in the evenings.

The bathroom being downstairs, away from the bedroom was slightly awkward but that really didn't impact us much. The dining table upstairs away from the kitchen was also slightly awkward but you get to enjoy the views that way, so also not too bad

Location, easy access, friendly hosts. Initial supplies provided such as milk, juice etc…

Washing machine was a bit temperamental and need a few goes before it would start. Couldn’t find the filters for the coffee machine but didn’t bother asking as we normally use a cafetière anyway.

This property was reasonable for the price. It was in a good location for accessing the Shropshire Hills and was just a short drive from Ludlow. It also had a private garden space which was useful as we brought our dog.

The property was not entirely clean with cobwebs in places. The bed had a dip in the middle due to it being two mattresses pushed together. The seating area was also not the most comfortable as it was two armchairs. Also worth being aware that there is an additional charge for pets.
