Waves, Central Beach Town Apartment

There was a dishwasher, washing machine, toiletries and washing capsules and an airer and the apartment was near the beach and town centre.

I had no freezer on my first day, I brought lot's of food for the week and I didn't know until the morning, when I was driving to the apartment there was no freezer or fridge. I had to ask for the owner to get a freezer, was reluctant and not helpful to get one and meet my needs. The owner was not sympathetic or understanding of the customers feelings and the situation. Full refund was not given, customer asked for money back. Customer was very upset and stressed with the situation and their holiday. Mattrass was broken, springs had gone, owner did not show any care or to sort the problem. When arranging for fridge freezer to be brought to property, arrangements were made, customer had to check if someone was coming, did not let customer know and that distrupred tge holiday as customer was waiting. First time coming to hastings. Stay was not made easy or comfortable.

The property is located perfectly. You are able to walk everywhere from there.

Fridge wasn’t working so only had a small electric cooler box. It did not affect our stay as we ate out a few times.

The location was perfect, very clean and tidy. The host was easy to contact and very kind.

The front door keys need labelling, also the key was temperamental.

Hoover doesn't work, so it isn't possible to clean

Excellent location. Quiet bedroom. Good place to stay. I recommend.

No tv remote. Bedding adequate but could be nice cotton. Need key instructios. Fortunately the person (tattooist) downstairs showed me how to open bottom door otherwise it could have been a problem.

Location ,Facilities,clean & tidy.

Unfortunately I had an issue with the front /shop door Key. Which was ok whilst the shop was open. Fortunately one the flats occupancy was able to let me in . There seems to be no communication over the weekend for letting agent etc.

The apartment was centrally located and the sideways view across the beach was lovely. Facilities were good

It was located in a slightly seedy area but there was good security for the apartment. There was an odd smell in the stairwell but the apartment itself did not smell. There was some noise each night but you have to expect that when you’re near the centre we of a town

Location was excellent, very near train station and beach within easy walk. Very well equipped for overnight stay and very comfortable.
