I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this property. First of all, the bathroom was covered in mold, and the smell was unbearable. We couldn’t sleep because of the strong odor and couldn’t properly clean ourselves. I notified the staff about the issue, but they assured me not to worry, as it wouldn’t affect my health. Naturally, this response did not reassure me, and the condition of the bathroom was a constant source of discomfort throughout the stay. Additionally, the hygiene conditions were very poor. I had to buy trash bags and toilet paper because the ones provided were insufficient: only two rolls for two people over six days, and just one trash bag. The laundry machine was also not functional—it was blocked! At night, we had to leave the balcony door open to get some fresh air, but the noise from outside made it impossible to sleep. The bed was also very uncomfortable, and the mattress squeaked terribly. You couldn’t even move without making noise. If the neighbors upstairs made any noise, it was incredibly loud in our room, and it felt like the ceiling was about to collapse at any moment. Overall, I do not recommend this accommodation. The hygiene conditions, comfort, and soundproofing are extremely poor, and the management doesn’t seem to care about the real issues raised by guests. I will definitely not return.

Dopo aver prenotato sono stato tempestato di messaggi su WhatsApp da Wonderfulitaly. Prima, durante e anche dopo il soggiorno. Wonderfulitaly ha creato un processo difficile e macchinoso per effettuare il check in e in più, tutti quei messaggi hanno reso il soggiorno poco gradevole. La struttura in sé non è male, specialmente considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo ma la prossima volta che prenoto farò attenzione che non siano strutture gestite da wonderfulitaly
