Really friendly staff great location pod very clean

Toilets not quite clean at times, floor wet alot of the time. Cafe closed on Mondays and Tuesdays - would just be good to have that on the info when booking to help plan that's all

Mens toilets and showers filthy and blocked even early in the morning. Pod we stayed in had not been cleaned before we arrived as dust and hairs under the bed and in the corners. Broken chair so furniture not checked. Swimming pool not open at all the next day we arrived and couldn't book on day we did arrive so couldn't use the facilities. Advertised as a 20 mins walk to beach, this is not true! Staff miserable and couldn't care less about any problems you have. WiFi I paid for for 4 days which should be available on 4 devices but it dropped out every minute proving so frustrating. Just over £15 it costs for 4 days WiFi access. I booked for a 3 night stay but we left after just the 1 night and booked somewhere that wasn't falsely advertised so enjoyed the rest of our family time away with our hard earned money. Would never recommend this place to anyone, ever.

We liked the views, the children's park and the lifeguard was friendly.

Had to make our own beds with linen provided, and there was a missing pillowcase. The café was closed for the two days we were there. We had to book swimming sessions, but this wasn’t made clear before arriving, so there were limited times available. There was no kettle in the pod, and Wi-Fi came at an additional cost. The toilets and showers were dirty, and there was no soap available to wash hands. It also wasn’t as short a walk to the beach as we expected — we had to drive.
