Luxury Intercontinental 4 bedrooms Old City Brand New Apartment

Purtroppo ci siamo presentati davanti al portone dell'appartamento, ma il proprietario non si è fatto trovare. Dopo varie chiamate ci ha risposto che l'appartamento lo aveva dato ad altre persone, nonostante avessimo pagato due mesi prima, addirittura due giorni prima aveva risposto al nostro messaggio che non c'era nessuno problema , confermando l'orario d'arrivo. Una truffa, sconsigliatissimo.

Really nice place, big for big families or groups and with such a kind and humble owner. The apartment was very clean and it is right in the center of Bucharest close to Old Town but very quiet building. We recommend

Very big place for 10 people, clean and with a nice owner. Christian was such a great guy, making the apartment available for us on a late check in. The apartment is modern and very spacious and is right in the center of Bucharest, in a very quiet area. You are only 3 minutes walking distance from restaurants, pubs and Old City. Really recommend booking this apartment as me and my friends had a good time in it.

Location is great. Apartment is well furnished and comfy.

Free parking is actually paid. We parked on the street as it is cheaper and more convenient. Host was a bit strange with way too many rules and precautions which was rather annoying.

Nothing. Disaster. If you want to be surprised in the very last moment at the time of arrival that you cannot use the property although you paid it - this is your place.

We arrived in front of the property in 36 C degree, waiting the owner, without any instruction how to enter in and of course the owner was not picking the phone, nor answering the messages whole day. In fact we are still missing any proper explanation. We were with 3 kids and 5 adults and needed to find another place for the night in the very last moment which was not an easy task. This ruined entirely our stay in Bucharest. In addition, Booking was not responding as well to our claim and messages.

The apartment was very clean upon our arrival and we were very happy staying in this prime location (University Square). It is a beautiful brand new apartment, furniture is new and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need, plus dishwasher wich was a very big plus. There are lots of restaurants, shops and even exchange shop right near the building. Also, Old City is like 3 minutes distance but the apartment is very quiet. Christian the person who welcomed us was very kind and open to answer all of our questions. He helped us find were to eat at a very late hour and gave us very useful informations. He was very into satisfying all our needs and we really appreciate his help. I recommend to book this apartment from my heart
