Luxury Intercontinental 4 bedrooms Old City Brand New Apartment

I could not say, as the property had not been cleaned to be handed over to us, even 2 hrs after check in time…😔. We never got in.

I made a reservation (paid in full) approx 11 days prior to our arrival. I did send 2 messages inquiring about parking options in the area which went un-answered; that should have been our first clue. We arrived at location around 1 hr prior to check in and called the number from booking, as no instructions on check in had been provided. Mobile closed. Someone finally called 1 hr later (after having raised this with the booking representative) only to tell us the apt was not ready - for another hour, he said. He handed us the keys and we said we’ll grab a bite to eat at the bistro down the street. One hour later, still not ready, he said he needed until at least 7 pm to finish. We offered to take it as is, we had a concert to attend, and needed to get ready; he was concerned with the bad review, and we were not willing to say that it wouldn’t be the case. Then the situation escalated quickly with him calling the police, raising a full circus in the middle of the restaurant, swearing/cursing… he had a 5 month old baby in a stroller next to him. When the police came, he said we had stolen the key… how? Beyond us or the police who were baffled and let us go, whilst trying to calm the madman. He said one of us was a pedophile who was taking pics of his newborn. We voluntarily showed the police our phones, no such photo existed.

Central place and close to the main attractions. 8 people fits well.

VERY CENTRAL LOCATION, VERY CLEAN AND CHRISTIAN THE OWNER WAS VERY KIND AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE. ITS A REALLY BIG PLACE AND VERY QUIET EVEN IF ITS CLOSE TO OLD TOWN. THERE ARE A LOT OF RESTAURANTS AND BARS AROUND THE APARTMENT. WE REALLY RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN THE CENTER OF BUCHAREST.

It is very nicely located apartment, very clean and spacious. The owner is very kind, supportive. All arrangements were done according to what we agreed over email.
