Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment near Seafront

Die Räume waren sauber und die Küche war gut bestückt. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.

Die Ausführung von Strandnähe ist etwas überzogen. Die Wohnung liegt mittig zwischen Innenstadt und Strand. Das es sich um eine Kellerwohung handelt war leider nicht ersichtlich. Das Bad war zudem sehr klein, ebenso wie das Waschbecken. Terrasse ?!?! Aber alles in allem war es über das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wieder ausgeglichen.

Location good, easy to walk to the geothermal pool and a supermarket was in walking distance.

Steps down were a bit uneven but manageable, the basin in the bathroom was tiny, but the shower was lovely.

Alexandra Road is a lovely tree lined location. The furnishings of high standard and generally very comfortable.

The mattress in the main bedroom is too small for the frame and for us rather uncomfortable. The shower room is extremely snug - being a larger person found it difficult 😑 The steps to the accommodation are very steep and do not have a handrail, so not good if you have any lower body mobility issues.

Vicinity just a quick walk from the sea front allowing easy access to both Penzance and Newlyn.

Brilliant location in our favourite part of Penzance. Cosy front room with good telly, top quality kitchen and bathroom. Main bedroom really nice with super comfy bed. Host friendly and cost was more than fair.

It's a basement flat so steps down to private entrance were steep and narrow. would not necessarily suit elderly or infirm.

Nice clean apartment near Penzance seafront, 2 bedrooms with all usual facilities. Good street parking outside.

Lack of tea / coffee in flat and loud fan in bathroom.

Location was handy- close to key things in the area. Lots of space which was great, and definitely good value for money in the area 😊 The kitchen was great, clean and well stocked with crockery and cutlery (though would've been nice to have some tea!) So helpful to have a washing machine.

There was a bit of noise from upstairs- not a problem for us, but could be for some. It was basic and fine for what we needed, but didn't feel cosy or homely. If you're looking for a place to stay in when the weather is bad or a home away from home, this maybe doesn't tick all of those boxes.
