INThe Decor & Ambience in Public Areas as well as Guestroom. Specious size of the Guestroom as well as Bathroom. Most cooperative, polite & helpful Staff wirh a smiling face, in all the sectors e.g. Reception / Front Desk,, Restaurant, Housekeeping, Room Service for food etc. Promptness in attending customers. Bright and sparking look. Basically fulfilling all Hospitality requirements. Guests who stay once, will surely come back.
On the very first day of our stay, there was a wedding function in the Banquet Hall, which was quite a noisy activity, causing some high sound level disturbance. In general we felt the Rooms are not fully soundproof. Secondly there's no view from Room window, the Hotel being very much surrounded by other old residential buildings. The Hotel location is far far away from the Airport and there are hardly any other facilities close by.
