Housekeeping very poor. Didn’t clean the room till we insisted. Didn’t provide extra hand towels , or drinking water. Food at restaurant was varied, but not very well cooked. Very spicy but not tasty . Seems staff not well trained , not upto other Welcomgroup hotels
