Absolutely stunning views! Excellent room, very spacious, super nice host, was texting us to help with anything we need. Short walk to the center of the town. I couldn't ask for a better stay :)

The lakefront property was beautiful and accessible to town via a short walking path along the lake. Sevonne, the host, was wonderful! Of all the places I visited in Guatemala, this town and casa were my favorite.

The house is on the shores of Lake Atitlan with access to the water, walking distance from the center of San Marcos (but if you're too lazy to walk, you can catch a tuktuk for Q5/person). The room was overlooking the lake and San Pedro Volcano, with a fully equipped kitchen and a full guide to where and what to see in the area. And the bathroom...it was a delight! Would love to go back!💚
