Not clean at all! Linens were actually DIRTY! Pulled back the comforter to find fake eyelashes and dirt. Letting me know the beds had not been changed. Sheets were not clean and had visible dirt and stains. Pillows were as cheap as 2/$5 from family dollar. Dropped an item that rolled under a high standing dresser that was so filthy underneath. The way it stood there was no reason a broom and mop wouldn’t have hit this with REGULAR cleaning. Walls were so filthy. The cheap price was totally understandable!

Au final, le quartier est calme.

Nous avons failli faire demi tour quand nous sommes arrivés devant la maison car dans le quartier une maison sur deux est inhabitée. L’intérieur de l’appartement est sobre et plutôt fatigué (traces sur les murs…). Nous étions 6 et le 6eme a dû dormir sur un canapé non convertible dont les coussins était tachés. Les draps et taies d’oreillers semblaient propres mais était tachés. Dans un premier temps l’eau coule orange du robinet… Les climatiseurs sont bruyants. Bref, logement décevant.

Enough room for sleeping.

House itself was OK. But the area was scary - Ghetto!

The property management was extremely responsive. The house itself was super cute. We were able to check in early. The wifi worked.

We did not feel safe in the area and ultimately decided not to stay. We did not use any amenities. We were there till just before dark. It was not worth the money we spent, even if we had stayed the night. If you decide to stay, be careful on the front porch, my suitcase on wheels rolled right off the porch.

The inside was cute and set up fairly nice. Stains on the couch wood floors have big gaps in them but they also look old which maybe is ware and tear it was in a bad area. Abandoned houses next to it, porch is crumbling, stairs are also falling apart driveway was crumbling and a mess. Garbage cans were in the middle of the driveway. Old fliers and paper on the steps and porch.

Neighbors were screaming in the middle of the street at each other. Sent a message to the owner that I think I should get a refund and there hasn’t been a response to that.

The couch! Very comfortable. The snacks and tea. The kitchen having dinnerware and silverware. The full-size refrigerator. Being able to open the windows.

Some floorboards were loose. the lights in the living room did not work. Rust water came out of the shower faucet when it first came on. The towels were stained.
