The staff on arrival and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly 🙂

The bunk beds in the room were too squashed with little room to move around. 1 bunk bed would be better suited.

That the kids enjoyed the gym and pool

The one couch was dirty in the instructions book in room it stated that we'll get complementary things and also that the heated pool is closed I think that must be mentioned beforehand

Nothing. We had cockcroaches in the unit. I had to check out the same day. When I complaint, I was given a can of insect killer.
