The staff were outstanding - helpful, friendly, sincere, and kind. The rooms exceeded expectations - clean, comfortable, and sensibly appointed. We were stopping over for work, and the location was perfect for work and in terms of restaurants and sport facilities nearby.

Everything was simply great.

I forgot my charger and when I called back, I was told that no one knew about. Even the cleaners. Although I am certain it was there on charging port, I just forgot to take it out and pack it.

Maintenance of all appliances before arrival of guests

Our microoven was not working, the airfyer and TV in the bedroom. The kitchen didn't allow room service for breakfast. We had to enquire about the breakfast first only to be told that we had to go to the dinning hall.

The location was great, it was close to where we needed to be. The kids enjoyed the heated pool.

I had to ask twice for an extra towel. The one lady became upset,irritated when I was trying to query and clarify the amount I paid for the room.
