I liked your Linen quality, spacious room , spacious shower, refrigerator , microwave etc

I thought breakfast would be included in the price. Service in the dining hall was not very good. No hot milk in flask.

The heated pool

The bunk beds were not utilised because the kids are only 4 years and 2 years old, can't sleep there alone. An orphan was refused a space whereas there was enough space. The bed in room 4 was too big for 1 person. The bed in room 7 was big enough for me and 2 kids. The TV in room 7 was not working

The rooms was great and clean

The night staff. She were unfriendly. Your information on booking.com stated you are open till 23h00. But your night staff was not happy that we arrived at 22h50. After 15 hours drive we were tired. And to be received so hostile. Made the welcome unpleasant.?

Very comfortable bed, amazi g shower and the aircons were a savior.

The fridge in the room is too small, especially in a family room for longer visits.
