Regular updates from Richard. I didn't get to meet him as i was tired and went straight to bed.. Bed was cosy, and the room was warm. What more could you want 😊 Bathroom was tidy. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Easy to use the keysafe, pleasant location, careful instructions about parking, comfortable bed. The room was on the ground floor, which is useful as I am disabled.

The entryway was too cluttered to be able to sit and remove shoes, as requested, despite there being a seat - it was covered in stuff. The curtains didn't reach the bottom of the window. No teabags or spoon. The kitchen stank; it needed cleaning, with dusty looking stuff on shelves with crockery in dirty water in the sink, and the bin was attracting flies. The downstairs toilet didn't lock, and was difficult to get into because of stuff stored behind the door. It has the chance to be a wonderful place to stay if these problems were fixed.

Not much to like really apart from the location

The instructions sent for the keypad were incorrect and I had to contact the owner. The tv in the room does not work and only switches on and will not load any programs. The wifi keeps dropping in and out, the kettle boils eventually after switching itself off and on. There is no bin in the room which is a pain if you are making a cup of tea.The bed was uncomfortable and the place in general looks tired and needs a spruce up.
