Great location, parking for my motorbike, cosy and warm house, and above all a really warm welcome. This is like a (male) student house, but quiet. The room was clean and cosy; hot shower, central heating on. For an overnight stay, after a long, cold motorbike ride, it suited my needs perfectly.

I liked everything, was very comfortable. For me, the 'shared house' aspect, untidiness and lack of cleanliness in the public areas, including kitchen, hall and bathroom made me feel at home, and added to its quirkiness. However, if you're looking for a clean and neat hotel or B&B, look elsewhere. This is like a 'student' house-share without the students.

I liked the area close to most things, The housing estate where Richards house was nice, a bit noisy closer to the road where there's a school.

The house was ok but it was a home stay, the owner went on holiday the day after I arrived which was strange. I didn't get the room I booked I was supposed to have a Garden View. No bin in room, no wardrobe no Hangers so creased clothes for me, bed was ok blinds seen better days. Out of date milk and biscuits in room that was different. There was supposed to be free Toiletries didn't seen any of them in the bathroom unless it was toilet roll in the shared Bathroom. I was there 4 nights I would of expected a bed change at least once. I did complain to Richard about wrong room who offered me £4 refund but he did round up to £10 but i told him to keep it buy new biscuits and milk. I not showing any pictures yet as they going somewhere else first.
