"Very pleasant, safe, relaxing. Friendly"

Good for a short stay. Clean enough. Good location. Parking on site good.

You can't choose the other guests. Fortunately Richard popped in and cleaned bathroom in the evening. So really all positive.

"Comfortable, little bit noisy in downstairs room from other occupants."

Fridge space, cooking facilities available if needed. Washing machine/dryer available.

Room crammed with furniture, tv to the side of the bed, I don't like creased up bed linen.

"Would not recommend. It was far below an accepted standard of cleanliness and presentation."

There was nothing to recommend this place. It was dirty, the bed was lumpy, the pillows seriously needed replacing, only one bathroom to service all the rooms, various appliances not functioning. The owner was very responsive to queries before arriving, but wasn’t in residence to voice any complaints to. The lodger was having to service the rooms in his absence and was very pleasant.
