No hot water, though was warned, but shouldn't be on Booking.com until fixed Double booking so room wasn't ready!

The house is not too far from the Severn Valley Railway and to the main line station. Richard is very kind, friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay at his house for visiting the Severn Valley Railway.

Easy to find in a nice, quiet cul de sac with clear instructions provided to gain access to the property. The house was very clean. There is a kettle in the room with coffee and tea.

Nothing of note.

Very filthy and disgusting About the environment

Location was great Early check in - Richard was very accommodating and i was grateful

Unfortuantely, the room and bathroom and hallway was definately not clean, thick dust very evident and unfortunately the host stayed up until 01:45 playing loud music in the kitchen directly below the room. After 4 hours I had to leave. Sorry Richard :-( Richard please look at picture 2, that is months and months of dust build up. Suggest getting in a cleaner if you moving into the SA/HMO arena.

Very clean, had everything I needed. Which was basically a comfy bed for her night.

My one single complaint is there were no curtains in my room. Made sleeping very difficult in broad daylight and I had to be up at 4am.
