The location.

Small cramped basic room. Not useable for older people bunk bed was not fit for a 62 or 58 year old to climb. It was a kids bunk bed, which I may add neither of us slept in. Didn't use bathroom very dirty too much hair in bath and sink and had dirty grime around bath. Never seen so many cobwebs in a house. And to write a message on a sponge "Please wipe tiles dry" after use for visitors we thought was pretty low to ask. Someone needs to look at the bathroom tiles. More human hair on them than a hair brush, probably from using same sponge that's written on over and over again. Noise from other people that stayed had no respect for other visitors. (Had the feeling they stay there on a permanent basis).

A very nice room with a great bed and in a quiet location. I slept very well. Richard was friendly and helpful and my stay went very well. Would recommend.
