Mount Meru Game Lodge

The service is always exceptional. The food at the different meals is varied, fresh and delicious. Our room was extremely comfortable with a nice, large bed.

Lovely surroundings, beautifully done. The staff were really friendly, and met the lovely owners who made an effort to get to know the guests.

Room was adjacent to highway and thus there was noticeable road noise. Many rooms were further away.

The wonderful gardens and tastefully decorated rooms. The staff and food was also excellent and we loved the well behaved monkeys.

Staff were lovely, lodge location and scenery was beautidul. The coffee tour offered through the lodge exceeded expectations!

Rooms were quite small and left us feeling a bit crammed.

We liked walking the property. It is well maintained. We stayed there 2 times (before and after our safari) and some rooms are much nicer than others. The rooms have no AC, so it’s a little bit difficult to sleep at night. We like drinking our glasses of wine by the fire. Food is good and prices reasonable. The hotel is located a bit far from Arusha downtown and airport (40-45 minutes).
