"Although it was a very short stay, we enjoyed our time at Gate Lodge."

Although the lodge was situated at the side of a fairly main road, the traffic did not bother us; it was very peaceful. There was parking (for one car) right beside the house. The house was very tastefully decorated and well equipped.

We weren't able to use the television in the lounge at all. The one in the bedroom came on but we couldn't get regular channels so didn't use it. I accept that we are elderly, and younger people may have been able to use it, but we felt instructions re TV use might have been helpful.

Very clean house and Comfortable beds. Can walk to the town centre and plenty of shops near by. Very close to the seaside. Well equipped kitchen. No microwave but can use the oven. Nice bathroom.

Nothing! We didn't meet the host but they sent clear instructions.

"Very Good"

Cosy off main road 2 bed cottage with parking to rear. Kitchen is small but complete except a microwave and living room comfortable with wood burner if needed. Main downside is the double bedrooms proximity to the main road and noise associated with that. Pretty close to town and definitely walkable if going for a drink

Cleanliness of the property. Nicely decorated and everything you would need for a self catering stay.

No bins in the bedrooms. That you are asked to remove bedding prior to leaving property.
