"Quaint little place, perfect for a night"

Location was perfect as was performing at the theatre

All closed up by 6pm Saturday so no breakfast available Sunday morning which local people informed us was exceptional!

"Location was ideal, but for £85 a night was expecting better"

£85 per night without breakfast is not a stay I would book normally.

The whole building is starting to look tired, no plug for the sink so a cold shave was the result.

The room was dirty, with cobwebs and did not match the photos displayed on the internet. The experience was so bad that we booked into another hotel.

Location was good, the room was clean however it had a huge beam running through the room, my husband sadly banged his head he now has a lump and black eye , we are both in our 70,s there was no breakfast as the place was closed we were not told this on booking

Very noisy, due to my husbands injury we left at 10.40 pm we DID NOT STAY THE NIGHT

"It was a lovely building, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly"

Quirky and very central with parking outside

The windows were not properly double glazed so it was exceptionally noisy from continuous traffic so we got very little sleep. It spoilt our stay. The plumbing was strange in that it violently boosted when the toilet was flushed or taps were turned on.
