Well looked after and clean and tidy

The location was excellent! The tyre swing was a hit too! It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The wifi was a bit patchy making the TV signal come and go a little bit. Although the facilities were great, it wasn't easy to wash dishes so a wee sponge and tea towel would have been ideal :)

Beautiful location, amazing big jacuzzi bath,which we regret never used.

Minor,however important, there was no milk, also coffee was solid in the cannister.

Location was great, very quiet place and plenty of space for the 6 of us. Beds were comfy and we had TV and Internet. To be honest, all we needed for 1 night sleep. Kids loved the bath and the sling outside. Easy commute to Ayr in a very nice area.

I would say is that there was not a kitchen or sink, etc. Cosmetic repairs are needed in this property. The bathroom had 1 wall in plasterboard only (maybe due to some repairs) and there was signs of water damage in the room next to the bathroom. The spiral stairs need attention as well as some bolts were missing.

Check in was easy and simple once I find my apartment

The property wasn't clearly marked so was unsure of where our feint door was and only by having and trying the code we new we were in the right place.. driveway way a little narrow so had to reverse all the way back down to the allotment carpark. Place has signs of being renovated and will be nice once completed.

This property was very handy for attending a wedding at brig o soon we walked back at the end of the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful prior to getting there we got to check in early to get ready. Counting the gorgeous dog as the friendly staff! Our little boy had a great time playing in the garden with the dog

Down stairs toilet a bit hard for our liking very creaky too. A few DIY things unfinished.
