Lack of privacy with no real doors between bedrooms. Sitting area wasn't great
IEEarly check in. Very spacious upstairs bedroom
Downstairs bedroom with kitchen had no window, only natural light coming from opening with spiral stairs.
GBEverything about the place is superb. Greeted on arrival by a very friendly host, facilities were on point. Comfortable, clean and every little detail covered. Bathroom was excellent with a massive shower cubicle and double spa bath which was an excellent addition. Surroundings were brilliant also.
Nothing about this property has a negative.
GBKids liked dog.
Arrival time was 12/1 got there room wasn't ready. Nobody there to speak too. Stood there waiting for ages. Wrapped one of the many doors. Guy answered. Said woman who owns it was away to park. Guy said she said check in time was 4pm. I changed it on app.to 12 / 1. But never replied. So thout it was ok. It was 24degrees heating was on. Shower only has very hot water.cant cool it down. No kitchen. No tv downstairs.but one upstairs. Bathroom wasn't finished bare walls plasterboard. Guy also told us at start your not in this apartment your in other one. I showed him foto she sent. So was confusing. So went to cinema .til room was cleaned .cost about £120. Came back no one there to meet and greet. And explain what apartment we were in. Never came near us. Couldn't get heating off. Also rang her number few times straight to answer machine.

I thought it was self catering but there was no kitchen and not enough dishes for 4 people also no tv downstairs
GBLocation, if you're able to find it, is superb. Bedroom upstairs also ok. Balcony door doesn't shut though.
2 towels supplied only, and they did not smell good. The downstairs bed is broken, the bedding wasn't clean, body hairs in bed, fitted sheet split on one corner, power cut (within property not external) causing loss of use of all sockets including fridge and freezer over night. The lady on other end of messages was however, incredibly helpful. Between us we managed to sort but it woke rest of room up in process and we had a family funeral next day. Whole thing total fiasco. I won't share photos out of respect for helpful landlord on end of Booking.com messages but unless you're a group of kids with no sh1t5 given, I'd look elsewhere. This place is clearly not managed by the Brig'O Doon hotel as it clearly masquerades to be. If I were them, I'd be most unhappy with this operation.
