Its location was good for a popular wedding venue

I was charged extra for an early entry under the guise of cleaning! Toothpaste up mirrors, just not fresh for £230 for a one night stay! A front door immediately into a bathroom with a fake tan stained bath!

The placd is not Hygenic As you open the door to the property you have to walk through the bathroom to get in then your into a bedroom with a table and 4 chairs in the corner mismatched furniture and only what I can describe is a makeshift sort of kitchen/ wardrobe,as there is a rail with a few hangers on it and underneath a kettle and microwave, you wouldn't need an iron as the steam from the kettle could do the job lol.then upstairs to a further bedroom withv2x double beds and a smart tv .bedding and pillows leave a lot to be desired, very cheap nylon duvet covers and lumpy pillows.No WiFi,No working TV and so we contacted the property who said they would get the issues sorted in the morning..That didn't happen so we called the property asking for a refund only for the 2nd day that we had go go somewhere with TV and working WIFI and the property owner said they were happy enough to do that so we then called BOOKING.COM to check on refund but they said the property owner was lying so we got in touch with the property owner and they said Booking.com.was lying..So 16 phone calls to booking.com and many unanswered propertyowner phone calls later It appears that once we paid the money neither of them care about any of our issues and are all too happy to rip you off..Still haven't been dealt with and owner said they based in the States but can only answer txt messages.have all messages saved between ourselves and the property for evidence if needed.Still waiting on refund which property said we were getting but booking.com will not release it because the property will not respond to thrm. Unfortunately I now have to edit my review as no one has fabricated anything.i have proved all issues with photos and now going to have to put in all screenshot of conversation when you apologised and said you had been in contact with booking.

Plenty of space upstairs. Cosy beds. Bathroom amazing. Views from upstairs spectacular.

Very clean, beds comfortable. The area was super peaceful.

The shower only being a waterfall head, it makes it difficult to shower and not get your hair wet. It could maybe do with a floor length mirror somewhere :)

Good location and decorated to a high spec

No sitting room no kitchen and no privacy whilst showering

Location Slept 4 comfortably Owner’s quick responses to address any need.

Lack of kitchen sink, cooking, enough kitchenware, and hanging facilities.. Some unfortunate plumbing issues that were thankfully quickly addressed.
