"Beautiful base from which to enjoy Padstow and explore the local area."

The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from the harbour but close to the main route out of the town making exploring the area easy. The room is comfortable, very clean and stocked with an incredibly generous supply of refreshments and toiletries. Kim is the perfect hostess, providing all the info and advice you might need to make the most of your stay and even welcomed us with a bottle of fizz to start our stay in style!

Totally happy with the standard of the room and the service we received.

Thought that had gone into the rooms amenities. Had everything you could want. Bathroom was really good. Walking distance to town.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable.

This isn't a complaint, but it was a trail up the hill for us older people. That isn't a serious problem, but it meant we found it was a toil to go back to get changed.
