Room lovely comfortable bed ensuite has great shower. All the extra touches were appreciated . A lot of thought has gone into what people would need and luxury in the decor of the room an added bonus. Hostess very friendly and helpful .. Highly recommend a stay

"Fabulous accommodation in lovely Padstow."

Very lovely accommodation where the host,Kim, has thought of everything. Spotlessly clean the double bed is very comfy, the bathroom has toilet, sink, walk in shower cubicle with toiletries galore. If you’ve forgotten it Kim will of thought of it. Car parking space in front of property and a leisurely 10 minute stroll into padstow.

Nothing to dislike.

Kim the owner is lovely, you need to remember you are renting just a room, but the little added touches were nice, excellent range of tea and coffee, fresh milk and biscuits plus bottled water

Room was spacious and clean. Kim was lovely and very welcoming. Supplied amazing amounts of tea and coffee, fresh milk, J2O and biscuits supplied, lots of toiletries also etc very handy for those that like make up and cleansers. Minutes from the town centre. Bed was very comfy, shower easy to use. Lovely friendly cat (kept out of the rooms). Small fridge supplied which I have only just realised is a big bonus.. Had a great time while we were there

No tv but if you've a tablet or laptop not an issue as wifi good. Allmost at the top of Padstow hill, not an issue for us but some may struggle if walking.

Spotless, nothing too much trouble for the owner, beautifully appointed, everything thought about and needed inour room, perfect.

These two things did absolutely not bother us at all, but worth knowing just in case. The home is at the top of a large hill down into Padstow , and there was no TV in our room(a welcome change for us) !

"Amazing and a beautiful place."

Breakfast was not included, however there are a couple of places to have breakfast ten minutes walk in padstow, like cherry tree coffee house the breakfast is amazing

Everything was brilliant, Amazing place to stay, lovely room and en-suite facilities were amazing, very close to Padstow just a ten minutes walk, lovely shops and restaurants, we enjoyed our stay and fingers crossed we will be back , well worth the money.
