"Schöne, ruhige kleine Oase"

Guter CheckIn, Jennifer hat sich liebevoll gekümmert. Super süße kleine schnuggelige Whg im 19. Stock, also praktisch ganz oben, mit einem süßen kleinen Balkon zur Südwestseite, mit viel Sonne, wenn Sonne da ist! Die Whg selbst ist recht ruhig mit dicken Wänden, am Balkon ist es bedingt durch die Großstadt doch recht laut, aber innen ist es echt ok und mit Ohrstöpsel wunderbar! Der große, moderne super TV hat sogar eine Bildschirmsynchronisation zu Appel und ich konnte dadurch super Fußball schauen! Das WLAN ist spitze und mit einem QR Code äußerst schnell zu koppeln, ich bin begeistert! Außerdem auch sehr wichtig, super Kühlschrank und super Klimaanlage, das Zimmer ist gut abdunkelbar! Die Anlage hat ein wirklich wunderbares Anbiente mit vielen tollen Palmen und einem Wellenpool für 250,- Pisos für ein Zeitfenster von 07:00 bis 12 Uhr oder von 14 Uhr- 19 Uhr, dazwischen wird gepflegt, geputzt und gereinigt. Es gibt viel Security ringsherum und es gibt einen tollen Manager und viele Bedienstete, die sich um die Anlage kümmern. Im Zentrum gibt es ein kleines Lokal mit prima Café und Frühstück oder Dinner, auch aussenherum gibt es tolle kleine Läden, die Credit Karten akzeptieren. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es eine Mega Mall zum einkaufen. SIM Karten, etc

Einige Sachen sind leider nicht ganz perfekt, wie z.B. die Kühlschranktür, die zur falschen Seite aufgeht oder die Toilettenbrille die ständig verrutscht oder die Sonnen Verdunklung an der Balkontüre die sich nicht hinaufziehen lässt und den Eingang etwas blockiert, sonst super!

We enjoyed our stay at the Suites Residence and I would highly recommend. Close proximity to the airport and SM Bicutan, various amenities close by, very easy check in process. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The air cons were refreshing and cold. We are a family of 6 and there was adequate room for us all. The balcony boasted beautiful views. The communication with the host Jennifer was exceptional - she was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Our experience staying here was a very positive one.

Nothing - everything exceeded our expectations.

I recently stayed in two of the apartments and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Both places were beautifully furnished, clean, and extremely comfortable — each with its own charm and everything you might need for a perfect stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere relaxing, and the attention to detail really made the difference. Most of all, the owner was absolutely wonderful: incredibly kind, friendly, and always available to help with anything. Her communication was fast and clear, and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend both apartments and would definitely stay here again!
