Azure Urban Resort Residences, Condo, Manila Airport, Wave-Pool, Tropical Vibe

The location was further from the airport than anticipated as we searched for hotel close to airport, the taxi fair was quite expensive as it was much further than we had planned. There was no breakfast.

The accommodation was very misleading from what we were under the impression we were booking. The room smelled so strong of air fresheners that we had to leave early. The room was booked for a family of 4 with barely any room to move throughout the room.

Jeg likte ikke at fasilitetene må betales for i tillegg, spesielt bassenget, og at det ikke er tilgang til treningsrom. Jeg følte også at noen fulgte med på oss hele tiden, og det gjorde at vi følte oss litt uvelkomne. Jeg forstår at de har strenge regler, men dette er uvant for meg.

Fick inte lämna hotellet på 3,5 timmar pga en skjutning på området. Fanns ingen mat att köpa på hotellet. Opersonlig Incheckning, personal svarade hellre i telefon och pratade med folk som kom in istället för att göra klart vår Incheckning

Not much... Rooms to small beds to small... Wanted to keep my passport on arrival. No access to pools or gym which clearly says in the title.

No access to facilities. Staff there to make your day hard... Wouldn't let me check in till 2pm on the dot and then had to run around for and hour with qr codes. Saw other people refused to be allowed to have a visitor. You have to pay extra for pool access. Can't access gym or anything. Not travel friendly and for the price I was legit outraged. Being asked to pay more for every service when I payed like 3500 pesos per night ... 80 aud and being treated like shit the whole time

Great location, nice decor, good communications. Nice late check out time.

There was no where to leave our bags when we had a late flight. The local mall didn’t have a bag storage.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Beach ⛱️ area and beach bar very awesome. Live music added to my stay. All-you-can eat chicken wings restaurant right there. Host Jennifer delight to work with and took care of all my needs.

Breakfast is excellent though it's expensive

Basement parking assignment. Lot of vacant slot in basement 1-3, but we are assigned in basement 4. Too hot and no signal.i have miscommunication with ms. Jennifer via viber at first during booking . But it went well afterwards

Aircon not cooling too noisy curtain was fallen off and chair broke when we sit on it.

Great location - close to mall for shopping and meals.

Bed was quite hard so didn’t sleep the best. Only fault other than that perfect.
