IT took hours in the hot sun. Staff were rude & unfriendly. IT was a horrible experience the owner charged us extra on arrival to get into room & out of hot sun

The host was rude, unavailable and charged us extra, she refused a refund when we decided to leave This was the worst hotel/condo experience in my seven weeks in Philippines

Unit is very cozy and clean. Our host, Jennifer, was incredibly accommodating and helped us a lot, especially when unforeseen flight changes happened. We definitely recommend staying here — in fact, we’re already booked again in two weeks!

Our stay at Azure Urban Resort Residences in Metro Manila was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Communication with our host, Jennifer, was incredibly easy and pleasant. She was very friendly, responsive, and made the whole process completely stress-free. We stayed in Unit 1801 in the Maldives Tower, and it was perfect. The condo was modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were a real highlight — the pools were amazing, and having access to a basketball court was a great bonus. We also felt very safe throughout our stay thanks to the security at the main gate, which gave us real peace of mind. The staff in the Maldives Tower were also excellent — always helpful, professional, and welcoming. We can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Metro Manila. We would definitely come back anytime!

The host, Ms. Jennifer Rasca was very kind and accommodating. She was able to attend to all our needs. The unit, coffee and utensils are 🥰🥰🥰.

It was easy but unusual and a first for us. We had to send our Passport/ID documents ahead and on whats app or email. This was uncomfortable but once we did oblige Jennifer and her team were on point and gave us all instructions. I guess its a new way of fact checking but very daunting because after you pay Booking.com there is a note that comes up to say the booking.com confirmation is not considered xx Not sure how other clients feel about this

A heater we arrived at 2am and the apartment was freezing and bottled water and milk for coffee/tea would be lovely.BUT we also arrived so late because our flight was delayed in Singapore and we did nt really have time to appreciate the apartment

Sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Poollandschaft war ein Traum.
