Beautiful Cornish barn in the stunning Lamorna valley with large garden

Cosy had everything needed to enjoy our stay,however the location is what won me over,a peaceful & beautiful part of Cornwall.

No bad thoughts at all

We loved the beautiful countryside surrounding the house — the forest, the stream.

We arrived at night, and it was a bit difficult to find the exact location.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer wieder den Kontakt per mail gesucht haben. Die Lage ein schöner großer Garten, schöne Terrasse und viel Ruhe, eine schöne Natur.

Von Seiten des Gastgebers war alles bestens, leider war das Wetter nicht so schön, aber es gab trotz allem viel zu erleben.

The location was very peaceful and away from the crowds in the towns yet within walking/driving distance to them as needed. Hosts were always quick to respond to anything needed and only took happy to help. The place itself has an old fashioned look but all modern facilities you could need. It's a short walk to the coast and you have an excellent coastal path to follow and take in the sites.

The weather 😄. It rained most of the time but couldn't be helped. Besides, it rained in burst so still plenty of sunshine.

Beautiful stone house; exactly the Place you Need for relaxing. We spent almost a week there and found it very calm and comforting.

Great location , extremely quiet, great value for money

Location, perfect place for kids to play outside in the garden. Very pictures. There was everything you need to stay longer. Lovely stone cottage.

No spare batteries for remote control. Because it's a stone cottage I was cold inside. We were too tired to start the fire in fire place.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage in the forest. The peaceful setting was absolutely magical – surrounded by towering trees, birdsong, and the soothing sounds of nature. It felt like a perfect escape from the busy world. The cottage itself was spotless, warm, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking a real pleasure. We especially loved relaxing in the evenings after exploring the surrounding woodland trails. It was everything we hoped for – calm, cozy, and utterly refreshing. We’d love to come back!
