Luxurious Apartment with a pool and gym near Trivandrum railway station

Lovely cool apartment . We had a couple of issues but were dealt with so quickly and resolved . Great owner who takes pride in his apartment . Nothing is too much . We used the gym and swimming pool , really good to have these facilities .

The self-contained nature of the apartment enables you to access all your needs, from the kitchen to the gym and swimming pool. It was well equipped; the bed was comfortable; and there were plenty of storage areas. The area was within close walking distance of restaurants and transportation hubs with trains and buses. The staff was very helpful in assisting with pick-ups with hail-riding apps. This was also the case with check-in and check-out. The Internet speed was excellent. Considering the central location of an apartment, it was quiet. It was a clean and well-maintained property, and if you required anything, you only had to ring.

At times, the loss of power and length of time to get hot water with exception of these minor things excellent stay.

Very clean and modern apartment with a good kitchen. We loved swimming in the pool with the eagles soaring overhead. The host, Rahim, was very attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The aircon worked well, so did the lift, and the view was great from the 9th floor. The building supervisor and security guards were all very friendly too. We would happily stay here again.

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable and could do with some softer cushions, and there is no balcony/outside area in the apartment - you need to go down to pool area or up to the roof terrace, so we thought this could have been explained better in the description.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, spotlessly clean and secure city apartment. It's very close to the highly regarded Mother's Veg Plaza restaurant, which is great for dining out. The building also boasts a small outdoor family swimming pool and a well equipped fitness suite. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Trivandrum. Highly recommended.
