Very convenient flat and very well located. Easy check in and check out. The owner provided me good tips on Trivandrum. Mother veg restaurant is closed (typical Kerala food), you have to try it.

The apartment was totally comfortable and friendly for travellers, solo traveler, budget couples, it is a nice and fully furnished studio apartment, I like it staying there, I felt comfortable and freedom during my stay. I stayed 5 days it was very nice and beautiful experience. facilities are provided with good. Security and staff are polite and very helpful. No any noise or discomfort. Apartment is Large spaces, I enjoyed small cook and making coffee and tea. It was a real homely experience. Beautiful dining table and chairs, latest model sofa and divan coats ( Kerala style sitting furniture) 2 Toilets are clean and it looks like the Western style. The kitchen is beautiful, bedroom is nice, nice bedding and pillows and comfortable in sleeps. It is 9th floor, there are elevators and steps to reach. Telephone facilities, swimming pool, car parking facility and health Jim facilities are available. 24 hours security and service officer also available. simple and decent host. Really, I enjoyed staying there. I recommend my friends and booking.com followers. It is an amazing place for stay comfortably in Thiruvanathapuram city centre. Very close to the International airport and Train station and National Public Transport Bus Station. I highly recommend this appt for a stay safely in Trivandrum God's own country Kerala.

A most modern apattment, with all amenities in it and that too at the heart of the city. The best part of our stay was, how we were taken care of by the property owner Mr Rahim. Such an excellent person with great attention to detail for customer experience. Will definitely recommend all to avoid a hotel and go for this, since you can feel secured at home in this place.
