The mattress was awful

The place is special and located near everything. The staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities were clean and quiet when sleeping. It was my first and most beautiful stay in Nottingham. I highly recommend it.

Some students were playing loud music in the hall where I came to study, and I was bothered by this, so I had to study in my room.

The view was nice and the location was central.

The booking process was confusing. The room was dirty, uncomfortable and noisy. According to the website, non-students can book during July, but after booking, I had to fill out a form and send a photo of my student card to confirm that I am a student. I did not receive any check-in instructions, although I contacted the host company a few times and even called Booking.com customer service. I received an email stating the time of checkout on the last night of my stay, but no further information. When I handed my key, I was asked to sign a form confirming that I had taken out all the garbage and closed the window, although when I checked in, the window was open, and the room and kitchen were not clean. The mattress, pillows and bedding were not comfortable.
