- For bookings with check-in dates from January 1- July 1 and September 1 - December 31, this property can only accept students. After completing your booking, you will be required to submit a Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter, along with basic information for verification via the guest portal. This must be submitted before checking into the property. - For bookings with check-in dates between Jul 1 - Aug 31, non-student guests can also be accommodated. A standard government-issued ID will be required for verification purposes.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
