Good location. Very clean. Nice fresh bedding.

Only half a toilet roll provided for three people . Very sensitive motion light that went off all the time. Tap very loose in the kitchen area. TV didn't really work. Advertised as sofa bed , but it's just a sofa. Nice that fans were provided , but think one of them was broken as it was very loud. Flat was quite hard to find- needs signage.

If you need parking we suggest use lode lane multistories car park opposite £9:50 for 24 hr come go as you please We were under impression property two bedrooms but one bed with en-suite and sofa bed in kitchenette (we have teen Agee who had to keep coming into room for toilet facilities

Facilities are good. Only used 1 room and the bathroom. Had no need for using anything else

I wasn’t sure where the property was. I did not realise it was above a medical centre.

The pillows were great - would like to know what brand they are.

The toilet seat was falling off, as was the tap. It looks like it hadn’t been hoovered for awhile and was not as clean as it should have been.

The location was terrible. The apartment was nothing like shown on booking.com. it wasn,t clean and we didn,t stay and booked into a hotel. We are down for my daughters exams and that is the last place we would have stayed ....I have contacted the owner too, it was not as advertised at all.
