great space, clean and tidy, easy but secure access, good amenities (tea, coffee etc. shower gel, shampoo etc)

bathroom a little small (only because I'm very tall!) but not really an issue!

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment and couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Its prime location in the town centre made it incredibly convenient to explore all the local attractions and amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Its located in the centre of Solihull town. The host communications were prompt and good throughout stay. The bed was comfortable and generally the property is well equipped. I was staying for work and would consider staying again due to the fair pricing.

The TV always said scanning for channels. I have seen this has been an issue for previous people who have stayed also.

Excellent bed, comfortable sofa and large TV. You will be listening to whatever O'Neill's is playing. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and toaster.

Double socket in bedroom has the earth pin from a previous appliance stuck in it, so only one socket available in the bedroom. some coffee would be nice.
