Eshi Resorts and Restaurant - Bhimashankars Jungle Luxury Resort

The property was good. However, there is a confusion in the Booking.com app. The room shown in photographs depicts an AC, and there is no mention of AC or non AC room at the time of booking. Eventually a non AC room got booked. Despite multiple emails to Booking.com no action was taken to modify the booking. Very poor customer service. The property also did not acknowledge the mistake. Finally had to pay extra for AC room. Overall a good experience during the stay, but I think it is overpriced by 30% for the amenities and facilities provided.

The resort was really nice, the room was big and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were still building all the other rooms on the property and it was actually super cool to see all the progress they made while we were there. We got to see the sunrise, sunset and the beautiful stars. The place really is in the middle of nowhere and there's not much to do if you don't have a car or a guide. The staff helped us with one but due to the language barrier with the driver/guide, we didn't get to do as much as we wanted. We still had a great time, it was very relaxing, and just what we needed after spending over a week in Mumbai!

This property is fantastic, with stunning rooms and breathtaking views, along with delicious food! We stayed at the King Suite room. Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and we had an unforgettable experience. A special thanks to Reshma for accommodating all our requests and ensuring we had the best possible stay.

Nothing No ac in my room The rest had. They did not suggest about AC in spite of communication with them weeks before. People leave early and breakfast room opens at 8 am. Sheets pillow covers were not clean at all. Not a comfortable sleep the one night I stayed. It claims to be a five star resort, but not a correct description. Staff is not friendly except for one helpful person who is all rounder. Will not recommend this hotel.

Everything Not walkable to rooms. You have to walk through construction and is very dangerous uneven. I don’t know how they got operating license. When I complained the front desk person said I am complaining as they are other guests. I have paid for to stay there and have every right to fix the problem. Too bad their image is ruined. That way they can improve !

Good food, friendly staff, peaceful location, clean and spacious rooms.

1) No Cleanliness 2) For a property thats been operation for less than 12 months, the mattresses are as if 5-7 years old 3) Floor trap in the bathroom overflows within 30 seconds of starting the shower. 4) If you drain out the jacuzzi which does not work in the first place, the water drains out from the jacuzzi onto the bathroom floor and the floor trap starts overflowing back into the bathroom with all the dirt from before. 5) The property is still upcoming as of Feb 2025, with even the pathway to the rooms' bldg being just a 20 inch wide soil passage created by cutting off grass/bushes. Hopefully in the next 12 months the facility will be better

All roads to the room need to be finished. There was mud all over. I stayed in Room 200. Also, breakfast was available only at 8 AM. Better to have some breakfast by 6.30 AM.
