Room and food is excellent. Resorts is not fully developed yet. Room tariff is at higher side.

Cost

Firstly, they greeted us warmly with a welcome drink, accepted early check-in request, nice vegetarian food service is there at reasonable cost. They have options like poha, upma, paranthas etc for breakfast. Paneer parantha is amazing. Even lunch had good options of rice, dal , paneer, aloo sabzi , bajra bhakri with thetcha. Even sandwiches, masala papad, fresh ginger tea, turmeric milk and toast are there. They make it fresh in their kitchen which is see through and customize the food as per our taste, and according to children's needs like adjusting for spice and sugar levels. Secondly, they have a carrom board, billiards table, and 2 cycles on property. We enjoyed using them while waiting for our meal preparation. Thirdly, there are 2 Sushant's at the reception and both are very warm. They guide you properly for darshan, nearby places to visit and also had shared a number of a local guide Swapnil who showed us 2 places after our early morning darshan which were amazing- borgiri mountain which houses special shiv ling and Parvati mata idol respectively which is recently discovered in the area. He took us a for a forest trail where we met an adivasi family and also took some herbs. Fourthly, the property landscape is yet to be developed fully but rooms are big, spacious, seem to be vastu compliant and our room was overlooking the mountains where we could clearly see the 🌄 sunrise. The beds, linen and bathrooms were new , spacious and clean. They had provided for the toiletries, water bottles, bathroom slippers , tea/ coffee maker etc . The cupboard is open style. The balcony has a swing and plastic chair to enjoy the view. The cottage rooms are at 2 levels. A little rocky way right now leading to the cottage rooms since the work is under way. Small playful puppies are there in the vicinity and lots of birds for birdwatchers. It was all in all a wonderful 2 night stay at the property. The clear skies were perfect for stargazing.

The walkways were rocky since the complex is under construction which will be developed soon and will make it more beautiful and wheelchair friendly.

The staff is very very good . The man the man at the receptionist was very kind . The kings suite was very beautiful the bathroom has a jacuzzi . The view from the room is very beautiful. Very good breakfast . They Made daal chichiri fir ya at late at nite which was delicious. Totally loved the new property .

Nothing

It is a high end resort with spacious rooms and large bathrooms. Breakfast is buffet at rupees 99/- per person. Other meals a la carte. Food is really tasty btw. They have games like pool and carrom, other boardgames and books too as the cellular network is poor due to jungle area. Only Jio network works. However, some rooms have wifi. Intercom service is good. They provide footwear, towels, water kettle and complete bathroom kit. Bed was clean and comfy. Could see sunrise from the balcony. Cleanliness was upto the expectations. Staff is also quite helpful.

About 10 km from Bhimashankar temple. Bit remote, actually. Seems so spooky at night that we were scared to go out of the room and move alone in the resort after dark. Absolutely no shops around. Good for those seeking relaxation, but then activities on the resort are limited at the moment.
