"Good Location, Cheap. Friendly Staff"

The staff were very helpful. She helped me book all my onward bus trips and also a motorcycle for my time there. She was super friendly. Hostel in a good location situated halfway between the 2 main strips. Spacious bathroom. Hot water. Good value for money. Nice breakfast in morning.

The beds were uncomfortable and all connected by wood so the littlest of movements were felt and heard by the 5 people in the connected beds. Good spot for young crowd who want to party and not sleep

"Fits for 1 night"

It was okay. You will be fine staying in this Hostel. Staff was okay to very nice. I booked a cruise with them and it worked out great. The food in the restaurant, I had the veggie burger is okay

Suitable for one night and not more in my opinion. The main reason is that Ha Long City has no Charme or anything special. go to Cat Ba to experience the Ha Long Bay in a nicer way. Of course this has nothing to do with the Hostel! Still, the surrounding area is not the best and cleanest. The view from the room into the backyard was also not the best

"Dissapointing stay for a hostel that considers itself fancy"

The people that I've met in the hostel

- the extreme heat from the room, there are only fans for each bed, which make a loud noise - the squeaking of the beds, it was absolutely awful, especially for a top bed
