"So far it’s the best experience of Nainital after staying in almost all 5* properties here."

The rooms are very spacious and beautiful, staff is polite and well hospitable. Really loved the food here, buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and dessert. View of Naini lake from hotel is mesmerising. The valet parking is a plus plus to convenience. Regulars shuttles to & from Mall Road also add to advantages of this hotel.

Activity area needs improvements.

"The facilities and service were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel."

Beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and the staff were wonderful - polite, efficient and friendly. In particular, they were very helpful to my elderly father.

My only suggestion I have is for handrails to be placed on the internal stairs to make it safer for the elderly or disabled.
