"Worst stay"

Location

No thermostat working. Room was so hot I couldn’t sleep. Had to call technician at 2 in the morning to fix it but still the same. No 24x7 power supply, there was power cuts multiple times. While checking out told everything to front desk staff but no apologies were given.

"Luxurious rooms, but not at all justified high price!"

Recently renovated & luxurious rooms. Good view from restaurant & rooms. Breakfast was amazing.

Bathroom lock broke & could not be fixed within our stay. Internet didn't work on TV. With such a huge TV, we couldn't sign in & binge watch our OTTs. Felt cold at night. The central AC didn't go above 22, and we had to ask for separate quilt & heater at night.
