washroom size is very small , we book hotel by booking .com for 2 days on MAP PLAN but there is no buffet dinner he give me some printed dinner menu with less choices and i think he charge me accordingly but he charge me full amount .

The Spread was good with lots of Vegetarian Options. Staff is amazing and view is stunning facing Taal view.

Parking was congested may be because of uphill area. There was no Driver room available, during winters it is difficult for drivers to sleep inside the car.

The property offers breathtaking views of the hills and Nainital lake, creating a serene and picturesque stay. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with excellent bathrooms that add to the comfort. I also felt secure throughout my stay, making it an ideal choice for solo female travelers. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff, especially Manisha. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the best room with a stunning view and resolved any concerns promptly. Her attentiveness truly stood out, and I also appreciated the support from Ashutosh and Harshita.

Unfortunately, the coffee service was a letdown. The in-room coffee was basic Nescafe, which felt inadequate for a premium property. Upgraded options like Nescafe Gold or Alta Rica would make a significant difference. Additionally, ordering coffee was frustratingly slow; one morning, it took over 50 minutes and multiple follow-ups to receive my order. On another occasion, I ordered a mocha, only to be served what resembled Bournvita milk. It turned out the coffee machine was broken, and there was no backup solution, such as sourcing the coffee from their restaurant or providing a French press. The service in the restaurant and bonfire area was also notably slow, which detracted from the overall experience. Considering these service issues, the pricing feels high for what is currently offered. While the property has great potential, improving the speed and quality of service would make it a truly exceptional stay.
