Disappointed, not very clean, chewing gum on wall. Tv didn’t work. Shower didn’t work. Uncomfortable beds.

"Brilliant communication from the owners and a perfect apartment for a chill stay in Liverpool."

Was lovely and clean when we arrived. Everything we needed was there for us and was perfect for the 4 of us as a friend group.

When we arrived it was freezing and the hot water was off. Took us a long time to get it warmer (would have been nice to arrive to a warm flat) and didn’t properly kick in until the second day. Once it did kick in it was very warm especially when the door was shut to the bedrooms.
