Location was very good, being central and convenient for the city.

The location was very noisy.

Plenty of kitchen utensils

Beds were terrible, so uncomfortable, sagging mattress, lumpy pillows, sheets that didn't fit. Only one radiator worked in one of the bedrooms, so we had to sit with our coats on to keep warm, no hot water throughout the apartment, so we had no shower. The floor felt spongy and sticky, the radiator's were hanging off the wall, the tv turned on but you couldn't get any channels, the outside corridors were filthy, the entrance is really off-putting. The apartment backs onto a bar/nightclub so lots of noise at chucking out time from 2.30am onwards until dawn, you can hear everything from outside and rooms above. We checked out early and moved somewhere else ( have asked for a refund, but not holding my breath)

Beds were awful (broken base, cigarette burns on mattress, extremely uncomfortable) no cooking utensils, no TV channels, shower not working properly, sent a message first evening to property manager about the front door intercom and not being able to turn it down, 2 days later I still didn't hear anything. I messaged again saying place was awful and said I'd leave an awful review, they then messaged back, I told them all my issues..they said that a broken base was mentioned to me ( was not)... sure I could go on and on, as more issues...but in a nutshell, no not waste your money...we left the property one day early, couldn't stick it

Centrally located, washing machine on site plus kitchen facilities if we wanted to cook anything. Bathroom was nice

Apartment was good but The building was very run down and some dodgy characters living in the building - common areas of building a bit grubby.

This property is in a really good location so close to everything you need and only a 10 min walk from train

Great location to get around Liverpool, especially if your plan is for a night out in the party district. Yet, it is not right next to any bars so it was still quiet and we were able to get some sleep :)

Building is a bit old and entrance isn't great - hard to find and the trash from other apartments is left right at the doorway. Didn't bother us to much but the hallway didn't smell good.

The location was great, however it was incredibly loud at all times. Thankfully I brought earplugs but my travel companion couldn't sleep at all. We were also there over Eurovision and wanted to watch some of it at the apartment but the TV didn't work at all and we had to watch on a tiny phone screen.

The instructions for how to get in were out of date, the bar/restaurant it said to look for doesn't exist anymore and the entry door looks like barred entry to a construction site so it took us ages to realise where the entry is.
