Sofa, should be sofa bed

The location is 15 minutes walk to Jesselton Point or 15 minutes walk to Imago Mall the opposite way. Night market across the street. Close to Jaya Street. Central location to everything. Super convenient. The room has an amazing view facing the water. I enjoyed looking at the fishing boats.

Unfortunately I traveled during Chinese New Year, the amount of travellers to this building is beyond the imagination. Constant travellers in and out. The elevator is packed from morning to night. There is no breathing space. There are 2 swimming pools on the 6th floor, one looks green. The bedding in the room needs replacement. I didn't feel too clean as linen has stains on them.

Not clean. Leaking. Photo shows some amenities but none in real room. Bedsheets old and torn.

The plave has a good location

It was a wrong advertisement. In the booking it says that the unit is good for 3 with 1 sofa bed and 1 large double bed. However when we arrived there is only one double bed and a set of beddings for only 2 people. We were 3. The staff are not helpful and not responding to our request of additional bed.

The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning! The apartment itself is very pleasant and comfortable. The presence of a washing machine/dryer was a bonus! The location - very convenient. The swimming pool is fantastic.

The young person who handed over the key to me did not provide any instructions re WiFi or hot water switch. I used cold water in the shower, thinking that it was the norm in the hot climate of Kota Kinabalu; only when I arrived at the other locations in Malaysia did I realise that hot water switches are supposed to be turned on and off... Yes, the lifts in the apartment building are annoyingly slow. There is no AC in the corridor or in the area in front of the lifts, so be prepared to sweat whilst waiting...
