i booked the room for 3, the couch bed was small cant fit a kid also. wet towels, no extra blanket and no extra pillow. when we requested they said no stock. had to be stern to get extra pillow which received afer 2.5 hours keep calling n texting them.

The location is good near to gaya to street and just few mins to jesselton alot shop to eat and also near to pasar filipin. the bed is okay and also got the view ocean.

The sink inside the bathroom does not have water The the television not working eventho already connect to wifi, wifi also not working. The pillow cover for extra pillow is dirty

House is very clean, complete with washing machine & dryer. Easy for family with babies here. No need to go laundry. View is stunning. Can see aeroplane right above us.

The check in process quite slow, as we can only communicate with the host in the apps. Will be much much easier if we can contact by whatssap. Or give direction for check in/key collection in the mailbox without having to wait for them to give the key to us. Also, host can provide ironing board. I have to iron my dress on the floor. Maybe in the future can provide free parking for tenants instead of us park at the roadside.

Property located in heart of the city, new place, easily accessible & near to airport. Beautiful view of sunset

Unfortunately the building where the apartment is located lacks of maintenance and cleaning. The smell in the aisles is horrible and lifts didn’t work properly: 2 out of 4 not functioning.considering the huge amount of people living in the building the average waiting time to take the lift was 5 minutes.

Location is good, close to gaya street and jesselton point, and the view from the apartment is amazing, sunset is really beautiful. there's everything in the room. self check in and check out was convenient.

the smell from the bathroom is terrible, we had to keep bathroom door closed all the time, but every time we entered the bathroom it's really wet and smelly. The host was trying to help, they wanted to put some perfume but i don't think that could help, maybe need to fix the sink or find out where the smell comes from.

The location of the apartment is not often great, you can see the sunset over the sea, you can watch the plane, and the children in the swimming pool downstairs like it. And there is a supermarket next to it, and there is a pomegranate market near the flyover. The best, there is a continuous big market across the road, fruits and seafood, but unfortunately I found out before leaving, I ate less

The location of the apartment left on booking is more difficult to find, in fact it is right next to the back door bank of the hotel.The landlord was more polite, but communicated only through the message on the page. After that, the bed in his wine apartment only had a double bed, which was actually not as many as it was shown.

The property is at ‘The Shore’. Not sure why it’s confusingly called Dhimar Suites, which isn’t on Grab from the airport! Either way, this property has recently opened and is brand new. Beautiful apt, exceptionally clean, washer, great decoration, wonderful bed and a sunset view! I stayed 10 days and loved every minute of my stay!! 😀

As a westerner, I would have liked a knife and folk and more cutlery, but that was no big deal. Instructions a little confusing as there appears to be 2 apts here. I stayed in the double bed on the 17th floor, but tried getting in the other one first. Just call Fatima first. She met me and was lovely.
