PTWe were so lucky to find this absolutely beautiful home from home . Everything is perfect from a very generous host. We are in the area moving my parents and it’s been such a wonderful place to stay

Gardens are lovely and big however not enclosed so not ideal for dogs to be allowed out without a lead.
GBA beautiful large stylish house, well presented and immaculately clean. The kitchen diner is the hub of the house .. ideal for socialising .. The hot tub was great !
Minor issues were that we hadn’t realised that the property boundary is not enclosed , with dogs it could be a problem .. also found the toilet in the en-suite too close to the shower cubicle ..
GBThe open plan layout offered what we required. The ample car parking & easy access to visit the surrounding places of interest.
The master room bed mattress was awful & pillows lumpy & bed lining hadn’t been ironed. Also the master room en-suite toilet was too close to the shower & made it uncomfortable to use!

GBWonderful Views from this property and everything very clean and well equipped . It is a lovely house - very light and spacious with three good sized bedrooms .Good location for exploring the area between Sidmouth and Exeter . Easy to get to the supermarket in Sidmouth . Loved the farm shop especially their fish and chips . Good instructions on how to find the place and how to locate the keys but worth a look on google street view to work out where the turning is before arriving. We used the park and ride to go into Exeter which was a very good service . We were not disturbed by the main road as the house is set back - it was very quiet at night but a bit busier earlier in the morning and late afternoon
The right turn into the main road can be tricky when the road is busy. We did a left turn in the end one morning and turned round further up . Not having blinds on the bathrooms was a bit disconcerting for us as townies although I don't think you can be seen ! No towel / toilet roll holders or hooks in bathrooms . Very small gap between the toilet and the shower screen in the en suite so if you are tall there isn't much room to fit your legs in .
