Blackberry Annex. Detached cottage. Rural location

The location was peaceful and quiet and the accommodation was better than we expected and the owner was extremely helpful and polite.

The TV was not a easy to use as we are used to.

Location was ideal. Nice dog walk nearby. Nice grounds. Outside space was lovely.

Resident dog constantly barking. WiFi connection made it difficult to get in touch with family. Property was a little cramped with too much furniture.

Quiet location with pleasant outlook. Spacious, comfortable downstairs area. Little one loved the trampoline.

Could not get TVs in bedrooms to work, so some instructions would have come in handy. There did not seem to be any instructions for any equipment. The information booklet would benefit from an update including these. Basic toiletries would have been helpful for one night's stay. Most such accommodation usually has at least the basics of fresh milk,which this did not.

Self catering

Double bed in downstairs room uncomfortable. Large cobwebs in kitchen. Dinner plates in cupboard unwashed.

Good value for money, quite comfortable nice location, reasonably spacious.

Shower and bathroom spacious and worked but could be upgraded (more powerful shower, better towels, better containment of water on floor of shower).

The property was a great size, clean, quiet and a perfect location for our requirements.

Nice bedrooms and very well equipped kitchen.

Living room was a bit small for the proportions of the accommodation. A bit of cobwebs and dusty. The bathroom heating wasn’t working, feeling quite cold until getting in the steamy shower.
